Noel Johnson, trombone

Noel Johnson, Trombone, studied Music Education at UNL before switching majors to become a veterinarian. He has studied trombone with Vernon Forbes, Rod Schmidt, Jim Shanilec, and Jay Wise, to name a few. In addition to the Palladium Brass, Noel is a member of the Omaha Big Band, Urban Delight and the Horns of Plenty, and the Solid Brass Quartet. He has also performed with the Omaha and Lincoln Symphony Orchestras, the Omaha Brass Ensemble, and the USAF Heartland of America Band. Noel also enjoys playing for shows at the Omaha Community Playhouse, the Orpheum, and the Rose Theater.
